Returns & Shipping Policy

At Raised by Salt, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before completing your order.

Worn or Used Items
Returns will not be accepted for any items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged after delivery, altered in any way.
All returned items must be in their original condition with any original packaging and tags (where applicable).

Damages and defects
Please inspect your order upon receiving, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or different from the item(s) you ordered. We can then evaluate the issues and take the next steps to make it right. You have 24 hours from delivery to ensure your product is not damaged.
We will review your claim and determine the appropriate outcome in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping
Where a return has been approved for an eligible item, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved return may be issued as a store credit, where applicable.
No items will be accepted for return after 14 days from delivery.

Refunds
Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
Refunds will only be issued in circumstances where we determine that we are at fault, or where required under Australian Consumer Law. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.

Sale items marked as ‘Final Sale’ on the product page cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged, unless faulty.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Returns Policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. If a product has a minor fault, we may choose to repair or replace the item within a reasonable time, as provided by Australian Consumer Law.

Where we ship
Raised by Salt currently ships Australia wide, with free standard postage on domestic orders over $170. 
Raised by Salt also provides standard international postage at a postage higher rate.
