Returns & Shipping Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused. You’ll also need to show proof of purchase and reason for the return/refund inside the parcel. 

Sale items marked as ‘Final Sale’ on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Contact hello@raisedbysalt.com.au, to start your returns. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be expected to cover the costs of the return shipping, yourself.

Damages and defects
Please inspect your order upon receiving, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or different from the item(s) you ordered. We can then evaluate the issues and take the next steps to make it right. You have 24 hours from delivery to ensure your product is not damaged.

Where we ship
Raised by Salt currently ships Australia wide, with free postage on domestic orders over $150 when using the special code.
Raised by Salt also provides international postage at a postage higher rate, excluding the USA.
